Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new glow, but if our renter-friendly wall lights aren't the perfect fit for your space, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with the adhesive strips unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Lights

  Carefully place the wall lights and all mounting hardware back into their original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lights, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
